Inducting Into The Grid

Many countries remunerate you for inducting privately-generated electricity into the national grid.

The AC power created by the inverter is fed into a main distribution panel where it can be used for all of your home’s electrical needs. Any extra electricity that is generated that is not used by your home will be automatically fed into the local grid.

An induction meter measures how much electricity (in kilowatts per hour) you feed into the grid. The electricity provider then credits you for the corresponding amount. As usual, you draw the electricity you consume from your provider, who takes it from the grid. You too could be eligible for attractive induction payments – ask your local partner for details!
