Once we decided to purchase solar panels we knew we had to become knowledgeable
about solar. We had 5 different companies come out to give us a bid. Three of
which dropped off our list right away. Between the 2 companies, (one of which
was Carlson Solar,) we started asking lots of questions and had a lot of comparisons,
even down to the kind of bolts they used to secure our panels. After 2 weeks
of going back and forth, we decide on Carlson Solar. Tara answered all our questions
and knew her product extremely well. Tara kept us informed on what was going
to happen, when, and why during the process with APS and Carlson Solar Technologies.
During the install we were informed of when they were coming out. We received calls if they were running late and what time we could expect to arrive. Explained how everything worked, how to read the meter, when to let them know if something was not working etc. etc.
We are so glad we decided on Carlson Solar. Working with Tara has been a really good experience, and I know if we have any questions Tara will be there to help us out. Carlson Solar Technologies is not a company who will just forget about you after the product is done. They will be there in the future for us.
